Cowstail ("we", "us") provides admin software for rope access technicians. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it under UK GDPR.
Account details (name, email), the data you enter to run your business (clients, invoices, kit records, finances), and basic usage and device information to keep the service working and secure.
To provide the service, send transactional emails (such as invoices and reminders you trigger), keep your account secure, and improve the product. We do not sell your data.
Your data is stored securely and access is restricted. We retain it for as long as your account is active. You can export your data at any time and request deletion.
